• On-Call Emergency Service 9X5 Break-Fix -This is to provide you with priority service in the event of an emergency or catastrophic occurrence with your IT infrastructure. This guarantees that one of our professional technicians will be available to you within two hours of your organization notifying us of the emergency. This program at this level of cost will be restricted to 9 hours a day 5 days a week referred to as a 9x5 Break-Fix solution.
